Terms of Service | Jina Connect

These Terms govern your use of the hosted Jina Connect platform and website. The open-source edition is separately licensed under AGPL v3; these hosted Terms do not restrict your rights under that license.

The service

Jina Connect provides a unified multi-channel messaging layer (WhatsApp, Voice, Telegram, SMS, RCS) on top of third-party providers. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and compliance with each provider's policies, including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive messaging.
Obtain valid consent (opt-in) before messaging recipients.
Respect rate limits, template approval rules and provider terms.

Fees

Hosted plans bill a platform fee separate from provider (e.g. Meta) per-conversation costs; both line items appear on each invoice. Fees are described on our pricing page.

Availability

We target high availability but the hosted service is provided "as is" except where an Enterprise SLA applies. We are not liable for outages of third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable provider policies.
