Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid hosted plans of Jina Connect. The free Starter tier and the self-hosted open-source edition carry no charges and are out of scope.

Platform fees

Monthly platform fees are billed in advance. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months unless required by law.

Provider (Meta) costs

Per-conversation WhatsApp fees are charged by your BSP/Meta and are non-refundable by us, as those costs are incurred on delivery and passed through.

When we issue refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous charges.
• Documented platform-side billing errors.
• Where required by applicable consumer law.

How to request

Email hello@jinacode.systems within 30 days of the charge with your invoice ID. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
